Terms of service

These terms apply to the RankTube website (ranktube.co) and service, published by Axel Schapmann, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise) (SIRET 907 850 150 00018), France. Contact: axel.schapmann@gmail.com.

By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept these terms.

RankTube analyzes your website, your competitors, the answers of AI assistants and search engines, and YouTube, then recommends YouTube videos to create so your brand is more likely to be cited and found. Reports are produced automatically with third-party AI models and data providers.

• You sign in with a code sent to your email address, or with Google. Keep access to that email secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the information you enter, such as websites, competitors and questions.

• One-time analysis ($9, paid once): one full analysis of one project, with its report and video recommendations, available in your dashboard.
• Weekly analysis ($19 per month): ongoing analysis of one project with a new run every week. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may include taxes as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page: it stays active until the end of the paid month and is not renewed after that.

We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. The analysis starts right after payment. By paying, you ask us to start it immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the analysis has started, as allowed by article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

If a run fails on our side and cannot be completed, we will run it again or refund you. For any other issue, write to axel.schapmann@gmail.com and we will look at it in good faith.

• Do not use the service for anything illegal, or to harm, spam or impersonate others.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits.
• Only analyze websites and channels you are allowed to research, and do not enter sensitive personal data.

Reports are generated by AI models and third-party data. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and AI answers change over time. Use them as recommendations and check them before you act.

We do not guarantee that a video will be cited by an AI assistant, rank on Google or YouTube, or bring traffic or sales. Results depend on the platforms, which we do not control.

Your projects and inputs stay yours, and you can use your reports freely for your business. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service. The RankTube software, design and brand remain our property. Third-party content shown in reports, such as videos and web pages, belongs to its owners.

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of a provider. We may change or remove features as the product evolves, without reducing what you already paid for.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to axel.schapmann@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when possible.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email you about important changes before they apply.

These terms are governed by French law. Please contact us first so we can find a solution together. Consumers can also use a consumer mediator or the European Commission’s dispute resolution service, and keep the right to go to the courts of their place of residence.
